You are responsible for ensuring all client projects are delivered on time, on strategy, get client's idea to live and at high quality. You are the bridge between clients and the internal team..

Responsibilities

  • Manage client onboarding and project timelines.
  • Break down projects into tasks and assign to team.
  • Track progress using Happy Impact tools.
  • Communicate updates to clients clearly.
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Identify risks and solve delivery issues early.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing digital/marketing/web projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to understand client needs, ideas and bring them to live.
